In investment banking, most of the training I sat through existed to satisfy a regulatory requirement. Click through, pass the quiz, print the certificate. As a teacher, PD was a coin flip, some sessions genuinely changed how I taught, plenty didn’t.

But here’s what strikes me looking back: the system recorded both exactly the same way. A completion certificate. A survey where everyone writes a 10 on the day and is back to reality the next. Good training, pointless training, identical paper trail. Nobody could tell the difference, because nobody was measuring what actually transferred.

That is why I built immersionED. People step into a real situation, make decisions on the fly, and the platform measures how they reason and how they grow. Not a quiz. Not a survey. A competency profile of what they can actually do in real scenarios.

What skill are you training on without knowing if it shows up day to day?
